YOU always explain it wrong, still. You refer to this video but then give a completely stupid ending with YAY. Hanabie ends with EH. You can hear that crystal clear from Chika here.

@@HerrXabu Da hast du dir den Falschen zum anpinnen ausgesucht. Er benutzt dein Video in den Kommentaren von Hanabie Reactions um herumzutrollen, andere zu beleidigen, die die Endung von Hanabie mit EH beschreiben, anstatt seine falsche YAY Endung zu empfehlen, und andere belästigte er so lange, bis diese ihn so häufig gemeldet hatten, dass er fast nicht mehr kommentieren konnte.

When everyone in Frankfurt called for Hanabi at the end and wanted an encore, Yukina came out again and explained to everyone that it is called HanabiE and not Hanabi. And then there was another song after everyone had called HanabiE . Great concert.

At the show I was at, in Berlin, the crowd was chanting "Hanabi!", so I started shouting "eh!" between each chant. I think I only got a few people with me, and I started feeling silly after a while, but seeing this makes me happy, since I was doing pretty much the exact same thing as Yukina does here!

This is the same reason why Nintendo came out with "Pokémon", with the vowel "e" using an accent (é) Nintendo was afraid that it they only called it "Pokemon" (no accent), then English speakers were gonna pronunce it "Pokimon" And given Hanabie pronunciation confusion... Nintendo did the right call xD
@Botaroji7 ай бұрын
Anyone can easily figure out how to pronounce "え(e)" in Japanese by looking up how it is pronounced. Yukina pronounces it with emphasis as "ay" in this video, but the actual pronunciation is closer to "eh". It is a shorter pronunciation, not longer. In Japanese 花冷え、In hiragana はなびえ, In romaji Hanabie. The closest pronunciation for native English speakers would be "Hah-Nah-Be-Eh".
@chill07ful3 ай бұрын
It does sound like a Canadian eh!, But i think it's actually a "et" like in the word "ballet". And here are some fun takes that might help someone pronounce it "Pokémon" or "Beyoncé"

@@PANIC_aka_PinDIn a couple places, it does sound like they're saying "ay," but that is because they raising the sound more than they normally would just to emphasize that there is a fourth syllable. But when they are saying it more calmly and evenly, you can tell that it is closer a short "e" sound than a long "a" sound. Adding more volume to the syllable will naturally raise it to almost a long "a" sound, but that isn't the usual way to say it.

Anyone who has seen this video and still believes that Hanabie is pronounced with a yay, ay, or a at the end either has a hearing impairment or is suffering from a major mental deficit. Yukina says A two or three times, all other times, especially when saying the full name, the band says Hanabie with an EH at the end.
