You can see the moment the cord snaps out of the mans hand, there is a weird looking flappy piece of meat dangling on the other end of the cord. That's the placenta. This thing usually comes out a little later after the baby is born bc it is still attached to the wall of the uterus. Once that comes out tho, there is no connection left between other and baby. The baby is literally only connected to the placenta and the placenta is stuck to the uterus wall until after birth it detaches on its own. She must have been in there a lil longer so the placenta got out too. Especially if the baby fell into the toilet, it probably tugged on the placenta and ripped it off so she maybe didnt even have time to catch the baby. However, if that really was the case, she would have had some serious bleeding.... either way: very unrealistic, even with the anatomically correct inclusion of the placenta
