That is almost exactly how I imagined someone doing Ringu as a haunted house scene wayyyy back when the Ring first came out. The only real difference was the use of some internal mirrors and a projector instead of an LCD panel because it was the early 2000's and a big-enough LCD panel was just as expensive as a good projector at the time. That is _very_ well done.

That was really neet. I was one of two Naomi Watts stand in's, in the first Ring movie. One scene was filmed on a boat in Port Townsend and the other scene was outside by a man made tree. Man do I have some stories.

That is awesome it's as cool as one other one that I saw at a convention the person was Sadako coming out of the well and she was wearing the well as a part of her costume and she was coming out of the well bike in Ringu. This one was even more curative though because she's coming out of a TV set. 👍
