if by impressive you mean a dumpsterfire then you are correct sir, that shit is impressively bad. took me 5 hours to watch both episodes, i fell asleep numerous times and i had to go back, again and again. actors can't act, the story isn't there, elfs are just humans with pointy ears, all men are cowards and jerks...i mean, is what we expected and even worse from amazon. and they literally have a mistery box at the end of 2nd episode, jj abrams style, lol. what's in the box? mithril. not enough for me to go back to 3rd episode!

Brother Ep1 and 2 are glossy and shallow. Yes, the visuals are impressive but where is the subtle detail? The writing, the characters, and the plot development are all poor. I would not recommend this show to anyone.

The Rings of Power takes a dump on Tolkiens lore, it just looks "pretty". Your really a LotR "fan" ? OK then. Glad your happy. I'm not.
