Chris Froome is the definition of falling forward! IMO, he is the gold standard that everyone should hope to emulate. His overall performance, sincerity, sportsmanship, and attitude is simply untouchable. Like all careers, there are peaks and valleys, but for Froomey, his valleys are still above most other people’s peaks. Wishing him the best and forever a fan.

Gave this a like and don't understand the negative comments at all - it was clearly a video celebrating Froomey's career. Lots of comments talking about how Froome's lack of shape was only due to the crash. And yet in 2020 he was often performing better than 2021. He redeveloped Bilharzia this year , the same parasitic worm disease that hampered his earlier career. If Froome manages to beat this disease again, returning to decent form and performing well seems within the realm of reason. I don't think he'll ever win another grand tour but a top 10 seems possible for the greatest grand tour racer of recent times.
