This video was amazing. It addressed so many problems that I feel like the general public is dealing with. I myself included. Adding onto the competitive reason, I think people get to competitive and when they are doing well hey become full of themselves. Thus they become toxic and treat everyone else as inferior. It's a sad thing but it's bound to happen in any popular competitive game especially pvp games. That's just my take on it though.

This was an amazing video! What I really love about bedwars is building school roleplay maps AND doing school roleplays with friends. Similar like the videos you do about kit school! I used to do this in fortnite and now I like to do it here! I have built a highschool for roleplay and I wanted you to see it but I dont think it will be happening any time soon.

I remember coming across DVs islands live stream where the devs of islands had a count down for a potential “new game” to release and we all just waited patiently for the big reveal, the anticipation was so high and the experience leading up to it and playing it in day 1 was unreal. A fun little intake for me is I reckon what would really divide the stress aspect of the game and contrast it back with the “fun” aspect is if the devs took the time to make a pre season and season 1 game mode where they include all the features that were existent during those periods and players who can’t enjoy the game anymore due to the skill progression required, the unbalancing of the kits, with this update it would be refreshing as we get to play the game how it was at its early stages when it was more simplistic, who agrees with me on this? :)

When he brought up islands I started to tear up :( I feel the same thing that he does about islands, the game used to be so fun but I noticed that there was nothing really left to do in the game so I quit. The early days of islands were the same with bedwars, I lost interest in the game. It’s sad to see your favorite memory just die out like it never existed.

Same man, I remember watching the countdown for bedwars on DVs islands live stream as the game was about to release! It’s sad seeing the memories you once cherished and the adaptation of evolution of the game that you once loved, it’s these changes we never asked for which ended up ruining the experience and the overall “fun” aspect for me as I prefer bedwars to be simple and that’s why it was so fun.

Agreed, they should make a game mode where they include all the fun aspects of pre season and season 1 where it’s only inclusive of the features that were existent during those periods, that would be such a refreshing update and really change the game up a little bit for the better for those who want to enjoy that “fun yet simple” aspect of the game once again. I think if the devs made a archive version of old bedwars that would not update with very few kits, old textures, maps and old mechanics it would be amazing for new players and also new players, it can be much easier for new players to learn how to play.

One thing. During the summer in Season 5, there were 100k players on average. Most players start school in August, so they will have less time to play. If Bedwars is still around in the summer, let's see how it is.

I was playing island when one day bedwars was released. I was a OG in island so i tried bedwars. When i first tried it... it was very hard... there were alot of skilled players and hackers everywhere. It's really hard to get traction for new players.

As of right now. I still like the kits. Very unique the only problem is the replayablity. Like it gets boring very fast if you are just solo. The kits made the game more fun. I would say the peek of bedwars was Season 1. It just felt so amazing and I met so many friend's while playing squad. Now I only use solo since in squads most people are trolls, hackers and more. I feel like bedwars needs to refresh there game. Like add more new mechanics like new merchants that sell exclusive stuff. Collab with different roblox games like doors, pls donate, and many more. All I want to say is Bedwars needs some refreshment. I'm not a developer and I'm sure they're working hard for updates but my only problem is that it just got boring. They seriously need to fix the hacking issues. But I know that they can't do that since the only way they try come back with that is with anti cheat. That's all. Peace.

back when i started at release, there were tons of tutorials on yt. while they did teach me some things such as how to rush, u sorta gotta learn by constantly loosing matches 10-20 times even after trying ur best (tho atleast back then it was easier to train due to lack of sweaty monkeys)

4:20 I can tell u as a noob in bedwars in solo. When I joined bedwars for the first time. I had no idea how things worked and people rushed at me in the beginning of the game. Took me a couple of weeks until I figured out about how to get an Armour and that did help me surviving a bit longer but it wasn't enough for me to win the game or atleast get to become one of the last ones since people are better than me and use tools that I've never seen before. I only won Bedwars solo once. I'm better in bedwars when it comes to team modes and that's why I don't play solos anymore

many of the recent updates were a W imo, like new year lb (those were COPEIOUSLY fun) the minigame mountain + crypt event were also very good concepts of a free kit but i feel like they should reuse some items like the grappling hook, ducks, boba stuff like that, not only did it add variety for a bit but alot of chaos and fun

In my opinion, people who have been playing since it was released (including me) that have quited, will take a bunch of times to get used to the brand new updates, especially brand new kits. There are so many kits now (i think) that definitely no player will remember all of the kits purpose. Plus, they woudn't even know the most OP kit since they are not even checking out the updates. Thats why OG's are more likely to never go back to bedwars. And Islands, i remember the times it was called skyblock. Same to Bedwars, brand new updates, more confusing. But i think Islands will still hit since its pretty much enjoyable. Is there a tutorial on bedwars? I do not play bedwars anymore... Message to the OG's: 7:18 Do you guys still remember that hackers teleport instantly to players and instantly kill them. That's really annoying

Somewhat an og here. I first played the game around 1-2 weeks before kits were added(i think) Honestly I think I loved the game the most a while after starting. I wasn’t losing every game but I wasn’t winning every game too. There weren’t many tryhards too. Honestly, it was just pure fun and playing with my friends helped with that. Eventually, more kits and items were added which made the game more confusing. More strats were being made and more people started taking the game seriously. I remember underestimating my first tanqr skin encounter and getting absolutely destroyed. Eventually, I quit because I suck too much at pvp games. I’m more of a guy who plays obbies haha lol. I simply just couldn’t keep up with the rapidly rising minimum skill level to even win. I came back to the game a few more times only to get destroyed in the early-mid game. Honestly, I get the extra kits and this is quite a pointless rant. It is to keep the game alive, I know.

I started playing Roblox bedwars on the second day of its release. I was just playing islands and a portal popped up leading to their new game “bedwars”. I loved playing the game so much I would play it every day. The thing that made me stop playing was how many kits their were and how much it costed. I don’t have a lot of robux so the moment I finally got robux I would buy the best kit. But then the kit would get nerfed, so I slowly lost interest in the game, and then just stopped playing altogether

Fact: 2 year ago when Tanqr played arsenal that time there were 50k players playing arsenal after when bedwars arrived, arsenal players starts to decrees and rn u can see like 2k to 5k players are playing rn. when bedwars came 100k player, then in 2023 bedwars starts to decrease and Tanqr started making vids of the survival game and it became soooo popular that it reaches more then bedwars. As an average player I stopped playing around this time last years as the kits and limited items were just confusing. I think I would have kept playing if they had implemented an og bed wars mode without kits enchantments, limited time items, etc.

1 week after the game got released it was so fun for players everyone was playing for fun and not being competitive but 1 year later it all changed and the game became p2w, so many tryhards in all the gamemodes, hackers, people just got bored of doing the same thing over and over again for a long period of time that alot of people transferred to a different game like almost all the bedwars youtubers switched games and the game losing some players.

I think the reason why bedwars is dying is because it just got too competitive when they added custom matches it made noobs able to enhance there skills in a short time and if you were playing for the first time it would be very hard for new players to get a hang of the game with vsing against pros.

I quit bedwars.. here’s my reason 1: we all wanted trios for a while, they didn’t add updates that were asked by the community. 2: it’s very p2w, we all know. My story: It all started when I saw this video in youtube a while ago, I tried bedwars and had fun! All the updates were getting better and better, until, everything was just bad, the live event (sucked) the updates (they good but way to p2w) it’s like you said, everyone has done everything in bedwars, and your also right, bedwars it not dead, it has 50k+ players active, don’t wanna be mean but some people overreact about it, just cuz it had a lot of players a while ago does not mean it has to today, and I have not played in a while, I don’t know if trios and stuff is added, but yea, a lot of people like me quit just mostly cuz it was the same thing, your right again, it’s just that there is to many tryhards, without youtube, I would not even know bedwars existed. So that’s why I quit. The game was just stupid.

Honestly, as a retired “Roblox Bedwars veteran” I do sincerely miss the early 2022 days of the game. There still were “new” concepts to be added and the player base was always so excited. In 2021 I still remember Matty streaming the season 1 battlepass and raging when he died with the emeralds for the new wizard staff 😂. So sadly, I think bedwars will lose most of its popularity and maybe, just maybe, be forgotten in entirety. Thank you Bedwars for letting me make memories ❤

I actually agree with the first hint, Because when my friend recommended I play the game. I didn't know about the game until I played it, I have played Minecraft bedwars so I was excited. But when I first got one match I instantly lost in 2 minutes of gameplay. After that, it repeated until I quit after 32 minutes or more. It's just... Hard. My friend told me to "practice more" but I declined. Roblox Bedwars in my perspective not as enjoyable.

To fix problem one and three just add a noob only gamemode where if people under 100 wins can play it for the third one add kit tester u join a game with a bots and u can test ur favorite kit

Dude, I am forced to play in squads for me to play even remotely casual... In solos and even duos sometimes, if you leave your bed to, say, get some diamonds, expect someone to already be there cracking down on your bed as you helplessly run towards your home island

They should add a legacy mode where it was just pre season 1, only a few kits work, old textures and sound effects, only the OG maps

Something I found out, so new players aren’t actually facing sweats it’s impossible for a 0 win player to be matched with ppl that have 10k wins. I know this because I create new accounts to troll and all of the players and there bad and don’t rush while on my main account there’s always a sweaty rusher.

Minigames ex : adetunde event and crypt 2. More events ex : gamemode that can give rewards 3. The only thing that can bring back the old Bedwars is just by adding a kitless gamemode, most competitive will move to there and the normal modes will be left to casual players The game’s big issue is P2W, just by adding one non kitless gamemode can really help the casual players Ranked should be no kit as well since it’s a skill base game, not a money base game

I'll soon quit bedwars because of sweats, hackers, tryhards, and the game being too p2w. Games have been too difficult for me and is making me feel that my current skills can't compare to the skills the "pro" bedwars players use. I can't telepearl clutch or build up that fast on mobile. So soon, after I find my next plans, I'll quit bedwars. Probably I'll work on my own Roblox game (because I'm a developer) and/or play blox fruits instead.
