It's rarely one mans idea and I do agree that is a constitutional infringement for sure. But if used correctly would be a great tool. That means when we know for certain a person committed a crime of murder we can take that gun from them so they don't hurt any others. That said Rudy can't control meat head New York police officers and that's the problem. The head staff always like meat heads to be street cops. If you are too smart they will hand that potential cadet over to the feds where burucrats rule and support each other. The laws have to be tough so good police can use power where needed to stop evil. Rudy hopefully will continue to uphold constitutional law or he will be removed. But as of now I can't see where he is an evil man.

New York is huge world famous city, and along with London and Hong Kong, the engine of the world's financial markets and global trade.
