The Rise and Fall of Soda Fountains

I remember when a lot of pharmacies had soda fountains with food and drinks while you were waiting on your prescription to be filled where you could eat sandwiches, ice cream, drink sodas and coffee they had several here in Oklahoma but by the mid 90's they all ceased to exist thanks for the memories.☕🥪🍨👋🇺🇲

Also remember children that to all these other places you needed to give tips, which initially you didnt for the vending machines or quick serve restaurants.
