Bro! I just want to clarify one thing, these days most of the loans that banks give to companies are unsecured coz if it makes secured then it takes a lot of time to sanction the loans due to the documentation procedure and it increases the companies overhead costs to comply with ease of doing business. This rule applies only for medium and larger companies I say, (For small companies the situation is very difficult to get the loans(even cc or od)) And in return, banks create a charge on company assets on govt database(MCA). But no assets of the company are mortgaged, this becomes a weapon to some idiotic business fellows who would easily siphon away the granted loans. In the event of failure of the business, he would anyways be in a profitable position since on the first case he would siphon away some of the granted loan and major personal properties would be shifted to his heirs and benami's, when it comes to the court trail the companies assets would be realized to repay lenders who get only peanuts. These loopholes are becoming advantages to some financial fraudsters. But for we individuals who face plenty of rules to get a small loan to be approved. It really sucks!!

SBI is the same Bank that has written off 2 Lakh crores of loan of Adani. Total loan given to Adani as on today by SBI is 7 lakh crores. That means Adani does not need to return 2 Lakh crores to the bank. Whose money was it? Our money. And everyone speaks of smaller loans like this. Vijay Mallya sold most of his assets to payback those loans, but Adani is gathering more National assets into his kitty
