I think Bighit also got lucky with these particular people they chose. This combination of these 7 was just right and it was enough to get people to want to listen, translate, and keep sharing the music to other people. I haven’t known them since the beginning but they inspired their first fans to work tirelessly to promote them when other’s couldn’t or wouldn’t and I am really thankful. If it wasn’t for those first Army’s the evolution of world music would have been slower and Bts might not have touched so many people. So many things had to happen simultaneously and consecutively to cause the “Phenomenon” I also acknowledge that it wouldn’t have happened without the hard work that each member contributed. We get to see how hard they have worked because they share so much which is also a first for me to see! Bighit staff also seem different than other companies, certainly smart and hardworking themselves. Tks guys!

A couple that thirsts together, stays together! 🤣 I agree with you that allowing YT reactions is a brilliant move and Bang PD was ahead of his time in understanding that. He also saw the value of providing so much behind the scenes content. We become attached to the members as people, not just as artists and become incredibly loyal. I always enjoy your reactions. Thank you.

I agree with your point about them being goobers and coming back to understand the music. It doesn’t stress the point enough that before BTS, idols group content was strictly controlled. How they look how they act what they say. Everything was controlled. So when BtS came along with unedited just real footage showing them being real and not puppets (generalizations), people fell in love with them. Like me. I dont love all of their music but I 100% love and support everything they do

32:10 This song, Intro: Nevermind, is one of my favorite songs of all time. It's gotten me through a lot of rough times. I used sing the words I knew at the top of my lungs in the car on bad days, driving with no destination. And now, after many years, Yoongi is singing this live again during his solo tour. I wasn't there, I just watched shaky fancams at 144p but I was still choking up and feeling all those emotions again. Yoongi has come so far since those days and so have I. I'm proud of us. Anyways, I'm so happy to be watching your reaction today. I enjoyed it as always. Borahae! Edit: Fun fact: This song also means a lot to Jimin, who has the word Nevermind tattooed on his ribs.

28:09 i think its super cool how bts changed the korean music scene. By posting their behind the scenes & variety shows, showing themselves without make up, being upset, & really engaging with their fans as they do, other kpop groups didnt really do that. Not until they saw bts do it & start getting recognition did other groups begin ro do it as well. And with ARMYs who are bilingual volunteering to translate their lyrics, lives, social media posts, their music reached far & wide. Now i think most of their mvs come with subtitles, but not 100% on that. btw love that you giys thirst together, my late husband & i did as well lol. Thats way healthier that getting weird about it or pretending you dont have eyes haha. Im so glad you posted another rise, i love watching again with you 😊 💜 eta: 40:37 septas voice is so pretty

@pslinky Жыл бұрын
@@marinal. That's cool, I didn't say they were the 1st to do dance practices, I was mostly talking about the fact that in Korea idols are supposed to always look and be perfect, never show the sadness and struggles and fights between members but BTS would go without make up, be sad on camera etc. I'm sorry I wasn't more clear, when I said "other kpop groups didn't really do that" I meant the majority of groups didn't do that for the most part, not implying they were the *only* ones. BTS def popularized a lot of things but we're also ofc inspired by a lot of other people and groups. The difference between them and other groups is that BTS *had* to create their own variety shows, create vlogs and do lives and engage on Twitter a lot just to promote themselves because they couldn't get on shows to do it. BTS weren't the 1st to do a lot of things but they def paved the way for other groups 🙂 💜 borahae 💜

UH! I've missed you guys reacting to TRoB! You guys always have some of the best insights. Jimin has Nevermind tattooed across his torso or on the side. I love the message of the song and its one that really resonated with armys. I know it's hard to watch them cry, but I really like getting to see them share those complex emotions with us. There is a lot that is wrong with the American music industry. I just feel bad for the artists, who don't get rewarded for all their hard work. I love that piece about Hobi getting sick of being Hopeful all the time. I love that he acknowledges it and I love Jimin's response because our little Sunshine is just that kind of cheerful most of the time. I like that he got to show a different side to himself with his solo work. I miss him and it's only been a few weeks. *sigh*

Hi, I am back. Good reaction, ty. A lot of the Hybe groups are putting out a lot of content like BTS. They know fans love it. And I think Stray Kidz, Shinee, and some other groups as well are doing the same. Also, u must remember that BTS are one of the early pioneers with social media because they were blocked within their own country from growing. BTS and staff really had to brainstorm how to connect with fans and reach more ppl so they could grow and not get disbanded like so many others. Another good chapter. RM always with the speeches. They all are sweethearts. By the way Jimin made NEVERMIND a permanent tat on his chest. He made it a permanent thing because the song spoke to him. For the 1st live it was fake tat but after it was real. We say JK pulled a Jimin sometimes because he faked having a eyebrow ring until he made it real. =0p Nevermind is great. It's Suga's solo. They did a special performance for it during this concert. I loved seeing the reactors reacting to Dope. Great song. BTS growing so much is a wonderful thing. Hugs. -NY USA 2019 Army💟

This series is my favourite to watch along with you guys. It's a great eye opener for people still learning about bts and truly shows you how hard these boys work and how much they LOVE their fans. 27:35 this point right here, that's exactly how i fell in love with bts. I knew about bts in 2015 and listened to their title tracks every year they had a comeback. There was dope, dna and blood sweat and tears. I watched the mvs.. thought they were cool and moved on. I didn't look further into them until January 2018 when i seen a lot of reactors posting videos about bts. It made me curious why they were so popular and after watching a few compilations on youtube i immediately fell in love. It wasn't their music that caught my attention, not their looks, and not the dancing. It was seeing how genuine, humble, dorky, funny, and affectionate that these boys were towards their fans and each other. It made me appreciate their music more and the hard work that goes into everything they do. I own all of their albums and listen to their tracks daily.. a few even make me cry every time i hear it. I have NEVER seen any other artist or celebrity be as grounded and considerate than these group of seven men and it still blows my mind. I am proud to support such amazing individuals. 💜 When i first watched this episode it definitely tore my heart up and the tears would not stop. Whenever they talk about their parents it just reminds me of my own.. it hits a soft spot. They all made their parents very proud. It's sweet that each of them have bought their parent's cars and houses, if i had the money i would do the same. ;-; Namjoon can always make me cry with his beautiful and heartfelt speeches. I just know the minute this man opens his mouth to start the ending comments I'M OUT. He has a very elegant way with words that truly touch the core of your soul. From this point forwards the episodes will get a lot more emotional so buckle down.

I am glad you recognized how BigHit/Hybe content, such as MV's, do not get blocked/struck, or at least most of it. It appears some people have gotten blocked over the years, but it seems far & few between. It's probably KZbin. It is possible that Bang PD may have had a part in this, along with BTS, who all began their content here on KZbin, to somehow disable copyright claims, strikes & "blockage", or whatever,, simply because they had the awareness that by spreading their content freely, including through reactors, that it becomes easy free expansive distribution. Free advertising. Now of course, anyone who uploads stuff here off their paid content, such as their "In the Soop" reality TV, can get struck. Other KPop labels have also made their content freely reacted to, if all or some of them. BlackPink music videos do not get struck, afaik, as one example. However, I am unsure if they have done this before BTS, or that BTS paved the way for free KZbin content that does not get blocked. But yes, western music content is stricter, probably because they don't understand this free advertising concept very well & would rather get their KZbin money from their own channels. You have to strike a balance on both advertising yourself & income streams. With BTS, they "struck" a balance by not getting reactors "struck" on their content, most likely 100% of it, especially official music videos. And with reactors being able to react to BTS music here on KZbin, is one way why BTS is huge. Free advertising through organic "autonomic" spread of content without BTS & Hybe having to work harder.
