There are many real estate companies that offer this service. Just web search real estate brokers in Jamaica or buying a home in Jamaica and take it from there. There are also many Jamaica realtors on KZbin like Claudia Davis, Adrian the Realtor etc. It's time consuming searching but you can't skip that step.

@@wide-eyedwonderer4524 cool, I honestly think that soon single family dwellings outside of gated communities will be very hard to sell as everyone wants the gated community due to a cohesive family feeling and all the other pros you mentioned

That's true. Some persons still have a perimeter wall and gate in their gated community. And they have grills as well as security cameras.

The people in Gated communities sometimes they rent and theses people are unscrupulous so we still have to be safe wth grills..

Gated communities were way before Ronald Reagan time. It was established because certain people with certain color wanted not to live away from certain people of certain color and status.

These are high ended properties. Plus Strata Fees etc. In some instances, the Strata Corporation can put a Caveat on your Title or even have your property sold to recover these costs.

@@wide-eyedwonderer4524 Based on my limited knowledge, If a strata lot owner is in default, a strata company will deliver a notice of default with an invoice attached to it on him. If the strata lot owner does not pay off the debt within 30 days then, the strata company can make an application to the Strata Commission. If the Strata Commission is satisfied that the strata corporation has exhausted all reasonable steps to recover the debt from the strata lot owner without success, it will order that the strata lot be sold.
