I think a big deal is the club he is in himself rn. Independente del Valle (IDV) is most likely the the club with the most ecuadorian youth talent in the last 5 years. Players like Plata, Caicedo, Hincapie and many others have broken through the club. With that they have been able to win 2 Copa Sudamericana (like the Europa league of Conmenbol). They have also 1 u20 Libertadores with 2 more 2nd places. Paez is the main player that everyone is looking at but they have amzing youth talent that have the attention of big clubs internationaly. IDV system is something that the whole country is trying to implement. From high/secondry schools to have the sport be a big push, to other main clubs like Barelona, Liga de Quito, Emelec. I think the history of the club its self is something that has helped nurish players that we see like Peaz.

Omari sold, kendry best position is in the middle, palmer can play on the right left and middle(by middle I mean cam) don’t think madueke will be a problem might even be sold in the future, estavao is really young and can also play left

Keep in mind, Sornoza is a CAM or LW in the team, not ST. Paez is a CAM or RW. The strikers are the argentinian Kevin Hoyos and bolivian Moreno Martins
