First, re-distribution of educational resources towards public schools and lastly reduction of stress and pressure due to excessive homeworks. Not all teachers are even qualified to teach as many of them aren't even holders of education-related courses. Many of them are employed in universities, public schools and international schools instead. The ed-tech firms now expanding overseas to focus more on non-Chinese students
