I know it's 12 years late but Ruby sums it up, Brax essentially berates Leah for grieving Charlie, Charlie was not his property and gangsters are very possessive and territorial but you're not the only one grieving, tough guy

Ruby was so self absorbed. Expecting Casey to forget about Brax and completely focus on her. He was his brother for God sake! He didn’t have anyone else. It’s not like his mum or Heath are compassionate people who would look after Brax. And Ruby tells Brax that he thinks he’s the only one who’s hurting yet she’s acting more like she’s the only person hurting. 🙄. And calling Brax pathetic when he’s grieving is just cruel.
