This video is amazing! As a Macedonian-American, I am proud to hear that the this Macedonian song means so much to this choir and its director. They did a fabulous job performing a traditional song and are really involved with the lyrics and the music. My children love to watch this video over and over again! Well done.

Thank you so much with all my heart for singing this song it means so much to us as it was my grandmothers (Vida) fav song - she was born in 1907 & after not dancing for most of her life beacuse she lost 3 of her children, (2 of illness & 1 of ligtnening strike), she finally danced to this at her grandchilds wedding in Australia (at age 75). She travelled from Macedonia with her son (Hristo) for the wedding. God bless to everyone..she has passed many decades ago but her daughter (Bozna) & granddaughter (myself) always dance to this & hold the song dear to our hearts as do may others..

Any of you Macedonian. This song is special..played at every wedding, celebration...etc... My grandmother stood up and danced to this, at the front as leader after 40 years of morning for her dead son and two daughter. She danced it for her newiphews wedding and it was her last "oro" before she passed away. My mum is now 80 years and she alsways dances to this song in honour of her mother..

Wow, what a touching story. As a Macedonian I am happy to see that our music and culture means something to other people as well, that in a same or a similar way touches their being and makes them feel happy and fulfilled. Thus, knowing how our people think, it does mean that with everyone who does we shared our love, care and passion for the life and celebrated together. Even the word "oro" means the same, which is where the English word "aura" comes from. I wish you many happy dancing, Cheers!

Outstanding performance, song from Macedonia, from region of Kumanovo. I wonder do they have Macedonians in their choir, because of fantastic diction and very clear and easy understanding words of this song...Congratulations

@@kristiankociski9281 yeah, sure, imagine being so b*tthurt that you reply on a comment that is 4 years old with stupidity like this. Btw, a small advice, go for Bulgarian passport if you want to travel freely in EU, because you are not going to become a member soon
