His uncle rebuilt my dads kx80 back in the day. Him and his brother jumped over me and a bunch of other kids on there trials bikes when i turned 10 at adrenaline skate park back when they used to be open. watched him get hurt in the accident. watched as much of the recovery as i could. And then this year i turned 21 and ended up seeing him a week later at a pit bike race, got to battle it out and see that hard will and determination can power threw anything. Aka he passed me on the last lap for 3rd place with a neck brace on 💪🏻 Very very motivating to see him threw out the years. Thankful he is alright now.

You've inspired so many, been following through most of it, you continue to inspire me daily to overcome my own hurdles. Your message to pass that strength to kids makes me want to do the same. Action sports(mtb/bmx/trials/snowboard) ruled my life and still does and it taught me about life, perseverance, hard work, and so much more. Keep it up. And road 2 recovery is the best, thank you for all you do.

Bothers me everytime I see this video or one's like it. I'm very glad when I broke my neck in 3 places in an ATV accident in 2001 it wasn't caught on film, although back then nobody had smartphones or social media accounts.. I was ALOT luckier than most and wasn't paralyzed and didn't die as they all said should have happened in the hospitals trauma center. I lost the use of my right arm as the nerves were severed leaving the spine and across the top of the shoulder. I unfortunately wasn't pro at the time and organizations like this didn't exist yet. I've suffered the consequences ever since as it's affected my health in many ways. "That" day is the day that forever changed our lives. Edit: I broke C5 & C6, one in 1 spot and the other in 2 places.
