Your video, Hope for Brain Injury Recovery, came up in my feeds and I found it well presented and informative. Why? 61 years ago at age 15 I was in an MVA. Thrown about 100 or so feet and landed on the left side of my head. 3 or 4 day coma, no memory of the hours surrounding the MVA. Wasn't til the late 90's that I was told I'd had a TBI. Took a lot of pressure off my mental health. BUT! Among a myriad of "challenges" was Memory and Depression. Average job length from ages 15 to ~50 was 3 - 6 months. Good at every job I started but the above two idiots (lol) did me in. It's been at interesting ride, one thing we sort of have in common is creative depression. If I had copies of everything I've written it would be an actual stack over 2 feet high. I am so happy for you and the progress you have made, physically and intellectually. Well done you.

I get flare-ups almost every night in my sleep! So I am recovering from that all day, only to prepare myself carefully for the next night if sleep with hopefully no flare-ups

I’ve been having flair ups. Didn’t know what they were. I’m thinking I’m getting worse or slowly dying. Month of March has been very bad. Hoping April would be better but no🥺 my world is getting so small. I can’t work anymore. I just don’t feel well enough to even leave the house. No doctors here northern Ind. I’ve given up🤷♀️
