Beam bender. All you need to do is park in front of a wall ( garage door?) - switch the headlamps on (dip) and look at the pattern. >- place the sticker on the light unit where it covers the high part of the beam to create a straight line -- so not to dazzle on coming traffic 🙂

Thanks for a new pin on my need to visit map - Reims racetrack looks awesome. I was in Albania a month ago - campsites were reasonably priced and very basic, however food and fuel weren’t as cheap as I was expecting - diesel price was almost the same as Italy. Montenegro had the cheapest diesel in the Balkans at €1.60/L. Poland was the cheapest on my trip with diesel being the equivalent of £1.25/L

The cheapest fuel in Northern Europe is in Luxembourg .as a truck dvr we would always fill up there if we were anywhere near.

I spotted you falling into the same trap I almost did. I’m pretty sure the “Angles Morts” stick you put on the rear should have gone on the right rear not the left rear corner. I was just about to do the same and was just about to put mine on the left and realised in time that over taking push bikalists would probably go by on the right side in Europe, so that’s where the sticker needed to be. Fortunately I only stuck mine on with red PVC insulation tape round the edge of the sticker so it was really easy to get off again. I could almost taste that fresh French bread, oh and pain au chocolate, in fact most things in a patisserie are awesome. Enjoy your trip.

I think you'll find you put all your stickers on the wrong side - the rear Angles Morts definitely needs to be on the right (French nearside of the road where cyclists are likely to undertake) and the emissions stickers should also be on the right (if I recall correctly the French one came with those instructions, in French), not that you can remove them now.

Wow!!!! 205.9 a liter that's expensive. So 4 liters would be 1 and a half gallons, which would cost $8.23. Somewhere around $5.50 a gallon. Yikes!!! Gas is not that costly here in the states. As of this writing gas in New York is $3.97 a gallon for premium. That's $3.77 a gallon for regular. That's somewhere around .70 or 80 cents a liter. Why is petrol so expensive there. Was it diesel? Diesel is expensive here, somewhere around $5.60 a gallon. I know 4 liters is one and a half gallons. Just seems like alot considering Norway drills oil a few hundred miles from the U.K..

I’ve thought long and hard about commenting on this vlog but here goes! Anyone watching this edition please please do not stand in front of your vehicle whilst the Eurotunnel train is moving which it clearly was. Not only is it against the rules and prohibited it is also very very dangerous. If the train has to make an emergency stop you could easily be crushed. Like it or not you are influencers and people will copy you. There is always time to put on beam benders and stickers when you are waiting for the train, you said that you had been delayed two and a half hours. Really sorry but this needs pointing out.

Oh wow your very lucky to get parked at the old ruins of the racetrack because it’s now banned!! Police are normally around now just be warned. Hence the reason for the lines! Parking is at the back. Anyway enjoy your roadtrip

Raymondo pulling up for a spot of lunch and a few photos is fine. There are lots of people coming and going all day taking photos. We even had the police drive past when we were there. Access to the rear is locked up when the volunteers aren’t there. I’m sure you’d get moved on for overnight parking, but your fine for a short stop off there.

Thanks Chris. We are currently averaging 22.2 and the speed varies but it says 38 on the computer but I’d say we do around 60-70 mph on the motorways.

Absolutely the fridge automatically switches to 12v when the engine is running
