Speaking on the check engine light. In Wisconsin if you have a check engine light on for any reason at all the vehicle won’t pass emissions so you need to be paranoid and take care of it depending on your state 5:22

Check engine lights are either life threatening or dumb, in my case it’s a idle issue which pops up as generic code so it’s eh, it annoying so I just clear it just in case something else happens it pops up while driving

That’s just a regular H6 battery, MAX of like $300 after tax at any auto parts store so I hope they didn’t charge you an arm and a leg for it. 2.5 years is around average for batteries but if it sat for any period of time with no battery tender then that could also affect it. If you go to Advance (I’m sure other places do it too), they can put the tester on the terminals and see what voltage the alternator is putting out. There’s a chance it’s on the way out but it also could’ve just been the battery giving up lol. Anyway, glad you’re living your childhood dream man!!! Also, what camera and/or settings are you using for the 2000s-style video?
