Blue you should add alarm systems to the command center like Breach 1- puts standard lab on halt and all combatiand can deal with the threat Breach - 2 Put standard lab on lockdown and Cit and enter to deal with the threat with BCU Breach - 3 both labs are on complete lockdown and only BCU can enter Lockdown - 1 a small lockdown which could've been caused by 3 rioting subjects Lockdown - 2 could've been started by Osiris collective raids and more subjects rioting with more fire power Lockdown - 3 caused by to many Osiris raids and to many armed subjects in this case all areas will be on lockdown till combatians Handel the crisis but all gates to housing will be locked down Riot - 1 when theirs 4 rioting subjects with small fire power security can Handel it Riot - 2 additional armed subjects rioting with some areas taken over with may require STU to respond Riot - 3 Housings completely lost and nearly all subjects are armed and dangerous which requires CIT and STU to respond " Which gives CIT and STU Mgs to have a better fighting chance Raid lockdown - Large Osiris raid which requires all combatians on deck
