It’s like being in a coma you can’t move a you can only move your head a little and You have to keep yourself awake until your body gets up. My sleep paralysis is so incredibly terrifying that I have to keep all the blinds closed in my house. I’m also a very paranoid person so when I hear a noise I think it’s a demon. i have it, its nothing like the last game at all. people say sleep paralysis demons but they arent always "demons". they can vary from just graffiti everywhere, to a uncanny doll next to you in bed. on rare occasions i wake up in a whole new place it seems. for instance in a hospital bed. its not as scary as the last game. it will vary to not scary to very. mental disorders such as anxiety dont help and it sucks.

I can close my eyes, if you dont think about anything, I also get sleep paralysis regularly, in fact I had it yesterday, all I do is just close my eyes and not think about anything, not nice stuff nor bad stuff, just wait until I really wake up ^^
