An ippo would never be able to punish a joker, goku black or a rimuru as they are all zoner characters. Also they tend to overnerf characters. Mob went from a B-A tier character to a straight D tier character with the nerfs and bambietta went from A to a fucking E tier character. The devs do not know how to properly balance at all.
