i love u bibeh in english is I love you baby, but they using bandung accent (sundanese for the baby part). The Changchuters is derived from severals source, Changchut is slank word from "kancut" which is slank word for panties, but in here they using deveriation (i dont know if this good word or not, but i think you understand bro), it devired from the pants style back in 70-80s in indonesia, where is they having variation slim on the single pants more lower is more slim the pants, you actually can see it in the video by pausing on the opening see their pants or when the bands playing i think that one is very clear, and it called "cut bray style" if im remember the name
