What's so great about Rock's promo delivery is the way he varies his volume and cadence so smoothly. He raises/lowers his voice and speeds/slows his words at the perfect moments to punctuate what he's saying and keep you spellbound. It's kinda similar to the way really charismatic preachers give sermons.
