Nothing against the Rolling Stones studio version of this, but after hearing Johnny Winter (RIP) play it "live", it became the definitive version, in my way of thinking. Bobby Caldwell on drums, Randy Jo Hobbs (RIP) on bass, and Rick Derringer on 2nd guitar. If that's not enough, they modulate up a Minor 3rd about halfway through, and are the best example of how to swing a Rock Beat that I can think of.
