I view Peter Yearsley as among the best of the Librivox readers. His calm, methodical approach has a soothing quality yet never becomes soporific. And he seems to choose interesting projects, often ones with radical sympathies for the English working class. In that regard, his reading of Jack London's "People of the Abyss" is a model of clear exposition entirely suited to the lucid reportorial style of that work.
