I love Nolan as the defacto "Daddy Cop" to all of them. The T.O.'s were initially so cold to him and they've all accepted him and enjoy him. The show is fun with the couplings, especially Chenford, and all of the drama that comes with close working relationships that grow to friendships and love. I really miss Jackson. But, am not that fond of Bailey. She is unrealistically cast and unconvincing as a love interest for Nolan and as a firefighter (sorry, not sorry.) There is nothing wrong with the actress, it's just not the best casting IMO.

Bro Bailey in one episode went from firefighter to fucking Sunday guard with a line "what did they take from MY armory" brandishing a rifle, 5 mins later she's a firefighter again. After season 2/3 this show went off the deepend of reality 😂

Nolan & Bailey are the only ones with power bc they're the only ones with a generator . Not sure why Angela doesn't tho bc well her husband is loaded financially. I'm assuming Lucy doesn't bc she lives in a apartment tho I'd think It would be common practice for the landlord to add one in an apartment building but I guess not. As for Harper the only conclusion is it's bc they just bought their home and Haven't gotten around to being able to get one, maybe? As for Bradford... Yeah I got nothing. However I'm sure after this fiasco they'll all be investing in one pronto. Lol.

Love me some Celina, I like that she is different 😏. They all are, that is what makes the show awesome, in my opinion. Lucy actually gets on my nerves a bit.

OK this is my opinion this is my true thoughts I kinda wish that they had a scene were Lucy would explain to everyone what the problem is their way that they did the scene. Everybody all came into Nolan‘s home and everything and then Lucy comes in and talks to Nolan, saying, didn’t you check your text as a group text and then go onto another scene where she explains what the problem is and telling everyone that her and Tim are dating and the reason why he end up changing his position at the office would’ve been nice to see. It just would’ve been cool to see, and it will be like a conversational, too with all of them like asking questions to to Lucy, and all of them disgusting everything then go to the scene of them with the Post-it notes on the window. That’s my opinion.

I don't care for his pairing with Bailey either. She looks twelve and is not convincing at all as a fire fighter (sorry but not sorry) and she's just wrong for Nolan. I actually liked Jessica the best. He needs somebody closer to his age. I love Nolan and love that he actually is the "Daddy Cop" to all of them. But Bailey needs to go.

Exactly!!! Right!?! It's been, what, 24 episodes of her? And she still doesn't fit. It just feels so forced. Like they are going through the motions of how a couple acts. I just don't feel any connection. And they obviously aren't connecting with the audience bc I get the sense that most people don't like her with him. They should either pair him with someone sweeter, or have Nolan be single!

Agreed. Horrible casting. Unconvincing as a firefighter and too young for Nolan (IMO) In fact, most of the females they've cast with Nolan aren't super exciting and not the best fit. I'm not sure who would be, but he needs somebody. I'm hoping for a "Chenford" spinoff at some point as the Niecy Nash thing is just God Awful.

@@alisonb9963 hahaha I don't even watch Feds. Zero interest. I agree, none of Nolan's girlfriends were a good fit with him. Grace was the closest I think. If he wasn't a main character, I would not care who he's with. But bc he gets a lot of screen time, we end up seeing her more often too. The show should have been more careful with who they cast to play his partner. It's a huge mismatch compared to his chemistry with Beckette on Castle.
