At 4: 43 when Robert starts with his ..yeah yeah's, that outro guitar riffing is some of the coolest ever . Guitarists search their whole carreer trying to get something so cool . It's what really grabbed me when I first heard The Rover years ago . Not to mention the rest of the song is incredible !

My favorite cuz I'm a drummer but I play SONOR'S not Ludwig's although Ludwig does have some really nice one's I prefer the sound of SONOR'S AC⚡DC used them on every album but the razors edge but I also know that acrylic drums are the best for any live gig!! From Bobby B.🤘✌️

I agree with greatest band ever. I have to push back on this being driven by John Bonham. In fact, Jimmy page was the driving force of this band. it was his idea. While he was in the Yardbirds, he was thinking of a band going in this direction. That’s how they were able to put out three albums a year and a half while constantly touring. Definitely his baby.

It's about an English ship called the Rover out of Liverpool. It was in several battles during the napoleonic wars
