I think they do what you should do when styling an outfit, they mix the row with other things and make the clothes their style. You can wear the row as shown or do it your way as they do.

I love the twins for this, we automatically assume that they head for this quite luxury look when they actually (for the most part) rock this very unconventional, bohemian style. They often love re-wearing pieces and adding a lot of statement pieces to their looks. It demystifies this assumed well-polished, quite luxury look that is synonymous with the row. It is actually their own personal styles that inspire me more than the row especially as an artist myself, I've always leaned into that bohemian feel. It's also key to note that many fashion designers' personal style almost has nothing to do with their designs, the Olsen twins aren't the first people to have a fashion sense outside of their designs.

Totally agree with this!! I think they have always said the core of what they want to do is create amazing quality pieces people can have forever and then that leaves it up to the person wearing to styling how it fits their personal style

“Quirky, Modern, Bohemian”✨I think The Row reflects their personal style when they’re working because I see the looks and I automatically see one of them in it, cigarette in hand, on the way to work. But, you’re right, they’ve always had that bohemian chic style and it comes through in The Row in subtle ways. They also respect their customers and will design for them more than for themselves. I often wonder, if their mom never took them in for that casting, would they still be fashion designers? They were made for it but i always wonder that lol 🫶🏽

Yes who knows! Although sounded like they would have been in that circle regardless someone else in the comments had mentioned about them and their family. Their streetstyle is my favorite to see! I only wish we saw them more often!

I’ve never been able to align their personal style with The Row! The juxtaposition has always been so strange to me. Like would the Rick Owens brand still be Rick Owens if his personal style was pastel and preppy? I always imagined their brand to be something vintage boho luxe dirty glam ( think house of harlow) but from a business perspective I 100% get why tailored luxe basics are the way to go to capture the most amount of customers.

Totally and you know if you look at the earlier collections (that didn’t do as well commercially) I think they were much more in line with their personal style than currently. But I do think some of the aspects like the proportions and flow of the fabrics is their style so I guess it’s just part of them and part of what is commercially most successful
