Sir because of this is a personal property of the royal family government is not able to renovate. The royal family members are still residing in this palace.

@@Odisha_Stories yes and they are the MP MLA and minister of Odisha and central government. They can also renovate the beautiful palace. I am from Bolangir and I had visited this beautiful Badal Mahal around 35 yrs back. It was really very beautiful inside the palace .
