Because ATSX took over the sport in 2021. They do a terrible job of marketing and promoting the sport. No highlights on KZbin and the race tracks now look amatuer.

Nice video man! I compete in Ice Cross (absolutely terrible at it though) and I truly think it’s the best sport in the world. When I skate down the track I have complete strangers encouraging me the whole way down. I’ve never had that in other sports. Anyone who wants to try it, sign up. Anyone can sign up for the ATSX 500 and 250 races. If you’re in the top however many you can even win money. I highly recommend it!

YES! It's been such a long time you didn't made a winter sport video, and I love winter sports! Please consider making some day in the future a "Ninh explains" video on Speed Skating and Short Track Speed Skating, those are really cool athletics sports either! Just one bonus question though: do you have any ideas how much does it cost to build up a downhill ice track? I'm saying this because I know that the ice tracks used for sports such as bobsleigh, skeleton and luge are really really really expensive du build and their maintenance cost are even insane. this is so true that the number of ice tracks for these sports keeps decreasing each year since the cities or ski stations that have such infrastructures eventually shuts them down when their cost becomes too high... (there must be like 14 of these tracks in service remaining around the world nowadays) So I was just wandering how the companies (such as Red bull) manages to make their ice tracks sustainable on an economic plan? I know that the track they build are temporary venues that will be dismounted once the event is over, and this is probably where they are making their money saving here, and I was just wandering if this could be applied to the other downhill sliding sports I mentioned before, and if it's possible, why don't they do so in order to make their sports less expensive? PS: Just asking this question in case you've bumped into these issues when making your researchs for the video

I believe there is a team event called which is called Team Ice Cross Battles, where 2 teams of 3 compete against each other and try to gain points by having their teammates cross the finish line, which is earned by positions per teammate of each team. the team with the most points against the opposing team wins. man, I felt like both ice cross downhill and even Xtreme league football robbed roller derby of what it made great.

Haven’t seen any. For some reason I don’t think it happens very often. I’m more afraid of breaking my neck sliding into the wall but haven’t done that yet either. You’re in pads so besides some normal soreness from falling until you get the hang of it, you should be ok.
