just unlocked it as well i was like woah why is it 9000 currency this happened in the Hercules 2 Event but you can buy the Inside out Emontional whirlwind if you dont have it from the chest or in the park as it got removed from the Inside Out Legendary Chest but i have it on mobile so no worries
