Hello Uche, yes you can especially as you have 3 years work experience in that field. Have you tried looking at rhe courses in Memorial University of Newfoundland. Its worth a try, the university fees are pretty reasonable- you can check to confirm they offer rhe course.

Hello Olisa- so for NB, applicants must have a job offer (and the employers aren't listed , you have to look for a job on your own) or you have to be currently living in NB- this is one of the reasons I haven't touched on this province yet. It seems like the criteria doesn't really favor candidates overseas 😕.
