The house at 1022 East Pine Street--big house behind the liquor store off Kingsbury street--is EXTREMELY HAUNTED. I lived there for 4 years. It was built in 1920. Whenever we did any remodeling, activity would escalate. When we sold the house, it was getting pretty intense and activity seemed to be focused on my kids. My youngest daughter came running from the living room crying and looking behind her up towards the ceiling. She followed whatever it was with her eyes and finally fixed her eyes on the corner of the bedroom. Then she started saying," where are you? Hello?". So if you're ever traveling west on Pine coming off King Street, look up in the second story window. It gives you the feeling that someone is watching!!!

I'm from New Braunfels Texas and I know all about that story and I currently live in Seguin, Texas as well and I've been to the Faust hotel in New Braunfels and I've been to the magnolia hotel in Seguin.
