@goldiethompson6569 I'm doing ok, but I'm switching between two of my nerve pain meds and having to wean completely off one before starting the new one isn't much fun. I hate relying on pills to feel better. It could be worse, our little buck is laying out in the pouring rain, at least I'm warm and dry!

The buck has a bunch to choose from..! The does don't seem to be ready.! Sure are a lot of deer, gonna make babies for next year..!!!

It's almost like someone flipped a switch, they are oblivious to everything else for a few months. There was another buck later that day, but he wanted nothing to do with me and my camera! It's good to see that they are still around and avoiding people.😊🦌♥️

​@@wildlifeathomehopefully they stay close to you for the next month to avoid ending up in a freezer.😢 I came close to hitting a doe the other day. I was only going 45 and very aware of my surroundings. She ran out in front of me and i missed her by 4 car lengths. I layed on the horn even after she was clear because there is normally a buck with his head down to the ground and not looking. I remember my dad being stopped as deer were crossing and a buck ran right into his passenger door.

Hi Sue, I hope you're doing well. We are doing ok, trying to get ready for winter. The buck was a nice change, I haven't seen one in quite a while. Another one came around later, but he was much more camera shy and didn't stick around! 🤣
