Yet another doc on The Rutles, short but very welcome. I still have my vinyl, the later cd, my VHS and later dvd. Never tire of it. Thanks!

Allegedly George Harrison loaned Neil a few of his guitars for the project, so many of The Rutles tunes were made with guitars that were in many Beatles songs.

Yeah, there was a great amount of support from George, he was also enjoying his film work at the time..

Love it, Love it, Love it!!!! I've been a Rutles' fan for years. If I don't watch All You Need is Cash at least a couple of times a year, I lapse into a depression. And soon, I'm Living in Hope. 😎👍

Neil Innes = Boy Genius. The similarities between their songs and The Beatles are uncanny, but just different enough to seem unique to The Boys from Rutland.

Damn.... 😂

Just go back and change the E to a U. You can even make the change in spelling look tacky, like crossing out the e with a marker and write the u with a crayon. That's the Rutland way....
