Mr Sam, am a big fan of your content but here’s some positive criticism. Stop interrupting your guests coz it kills the flow. He didn’t even talk about how he overcame depression coz you interjected him. Here’s a few suggestions for future shows based on things you said; 1. Suicide cases among our people; why this happens and how we can identify people who maybe struggling with it ( what are the tell tale signs.) 2. Meditation; why , when and how do you practice it. What’s the difference between Godly meditation vs new age meditation. Otherwise keep up with good work bro👏
