I’ve been through RCIA a couple of times at Agnes. I never ended up converting, but hopefully one day I will. God bless this church. ✝️☦️🙏

Excellent video! I had the privilege of visiting Saint Agnes about 5 or 6 years ago. It was spectacular, and I hope to visit again some day.

in some places, a priest would be run out of town if he wore a black vestment now. even though it is permitted, i dont know any one who does.

When my grandfather was buried, the priest wore white chasuble with butterflies on it. Standing at the side of the Altar was a teenage boy with a guitar, and he played silly songs. that was the first funeral i ever saw that was not a Requiem Mass in Latin. I thought the Church really blew it. In the old Mass, a person could be buried with dignity. The Church's rituals respected how people felt at a time of mourning, and reflected our faith.
