It took 5 banks bago ako ma approved.Got approved on the first bank last June 2022 pero hindi naka release ng car si toyota dito sa Cebu kasi walang stock.Na camcel ang car loan. reapplied again last September pero hindi na na approve, buti magaling na agent rin nakuha ko. Nahanapan ng paraan.

Ggustong gusto ng mga agent na maka Kuha ng clients na low down payment. Kasi super taga ang hulog. Lalo na pag na loko mo client na into pay8ng 5 years pa. Ang Totoo nyan dapat 3 years lang ang dapat na term para d ka pagkakitaan ng malaki. Lalo na ngayon na super taas ng interes. If you can’t down 20%, under sa financial prudence, e Hindi pa time for new car. Ang Tayag kasi doon ay overexposed sa debt ratio. Lalo na pag walang 1 year savings yung two na malaki kasi problems yan sa cash flow. Dapat kasi u can easily pay your monthly amortization like it’s only 5% of your monthly income. Otherwise, it is a debt trap. Also, problems kasi sa mga online employees, Marami (Hindi lahat) ay tax evader sa income tax. More power to you and your journey.

Similar story din po ang nangyari sa amin ng partner ko last July 2020 kasagsagan ng Pandemic, nagtatrabeho kami pareho sa real estate under a broker kaya wala kaming payment slip. Nagtatrbaho din kami sa memorial park kaya dahil sa Pandemic at maraming namamatay at siguro na realize ng mga tao na kailangan nila ng memorial lot kaya lumakas ang bentahan ng memorial lots. Way back nuong nag lock down last march 2020 walang work then pinayagan ang essential workers syempre kasama ang memorial duon. Nag car for hire kami sa simula nasa 3,500 per day plus gas and food ng driver, sulit naman kasi nagpapanic ang mga tao kaya marami ang bumibili ng memorial lots per byahe namin. Na realize namin ng partner ko na dapat bumili na kami ng Car kasi sayang ang ginagastos namin na nasa 18k to 20 per month. nag apply na kamisa lahat palagi kaming na disapprove hangang na research ng partner ko ang agent namin sa toyota alabang. Kasi sa tutuo lang may pang down kaming 100k plus at syempre may naka save pa kaming 150 k na pang installment kaya ginawan nya ng paraan. na approve kami thru TPFS ng toyota kaya malaki ang pasasalamat ko sa kanya kasi pumunta pa sya sa bahay para ipa sign ang contract and on schedule sila pa ang nag deliver ng kotse. Mas mataas nga lang ang TPFS interest compared sa bank pero kung hindi kami nagka kotse sobrang hirap ng aabutin namin sa pag book at sobrang mahal ng renta, at least ito sa amin na. Sigurosa ngayon mas maluwag na ang bank kesa dati. Sa tutuo lang naka depende rin sa ahente kung paano ka makaka avail ng saasakyan kasi ma diskarte talaga ang hente namin at sya talaga ang pinili namin kasi top agent sya ibig sabihin mgaling sya. kaya kung Toyota ang plang nyong bilhin i message nyo lang ako basta within Metro Manila kayo i refer ko kayo sa kanya

I am a VA too I applied for 2023 Toyota Hilux 4X4 thru an Agent sa Toyota. I was approved with in one 1 week sa BPI. Dapat Don ka mag apply Kung saan pumapasok ang sahod mo.

Congrats po! Napanood ko toh yesterday and parehas na parehas tayo po ng situation. First choice namin is Suzuki Dzire, naapprove po kami for PS Bank unfortunately, di namin nakuha ang promo DP. Lipat po kami Toyota ang thank you talaga sa agent namin nagawan nya ng paraan, ang promo dp nila for Vios 1.3 XE CVT is 35k napababa pa nya to 25k. MayBank nag approve samin. Totoong may magandang plano si god sayo!

We have the same car sir! naalala ko din yung pakikipagchat ng matagalan sa mga agents just to find the best promo. correct sir mas mabilis ma approve kapag matagal tenure mo sa company. share ko lang din yung ginawa ko is puro toyota agents sa iba ibang branches tinanong ko and nung nahanap ko yung lowest quote (sa may Bulacan branch), tinanong ko yung agent dito sa pinakamalapit samin sa area ko if kaya nilang i offer sakin sa ganong rate kasi ganon inoffer sakin ng agent sa ibang branch. pumayag yung agent to check with their branch and yes na approve ako sakanilang inhouse financing within 2 days sa payment and MA that I wanted talaga (magaling din yugn agent na pinili ko yung top seller nila) . after 3 days nakuha ko nadin blue vios ko 5 days ago :)

Ako sa psbank nagapply within an hour approved n ako. Bank PO ako mas mababa interest pero onti lng freebies from toyota, nakuha ko yung avanza ng 13,800 per month dp 158k discounted plus insurance and chattel for a total of 190k+.

parang ung samin lang to ngayon. got approval from security bank pero wlang unit na mabigay samin. ending nagapply kami for other units hanggang sa nahold nlng ang approval. right now nagtry kame sa toyota inhouse financing. hopefully maapprove this time.

Sa pagkaka’alam ko, and anyone from our community can correct me on this, dadaan ka parin tlga sa ahente once approved ka na sa bank so I think maga’apply parin yung standard charges nung sasakyan. Kumbaga, the only advantage is that may panghahawakan ka na na approval when you choose saang dealer ka kukuha. Si ahente parin kase mag aasikaso nung paperworks ng approval mo sa dealership. This content is very interesting. Ang honest rin. Curios ako boss sa monthly amortization mo? May factor daw ang low DP sa monthly amortization? Like the lower the DP the higher the monthly amortization? Sharing my experience naman, I submitted the documents to my agent Monday, just 2 days after (Wed) may bank approval agad. Smooth lang talaga. Just a week after nakuha ko na agad si car.

Honestly, it’s really higher compared sa nagdown ka ng malaki. But of course, that’s an inevitable reality of life, if you want or need something urgently, you’ll have to trade something and accept some sacrifices. :) Thanks for sharing your experience as well!

Sobrang bilis lang, we made the choice Tuesday or Wednesday then Saturday pumunta na kami sa dealership to sign documents and then release of the unit the same day as shown dun sa vlog natin. :) I believe we could have gotten the unit earlier, we just scheduled for Saturday kase that was our best availability. So I guess madali lang tlga depende din sa model or dealership

It's good to see this. My partner and I are both VA's. Meron na kami 1 kid, we just move in last March sa na acquire naming bahay (housing loan din and wala naman problema sa application under my partner's name). Ngayon gusto na din namin kumuha ng car before kami mag second baby since malayo yung area namin from donwtown. No business, just the income from being VA's yung meron kami. We are eyeing the Veloz but I'm scared na hindi kami ma approve. We haven't tried to applied yet since inaasikaso pa ni partner yung driving lesson and additional restriction sa license niya. Hopefully ma approve kami, we can settle with Vios since no dp and less monthly amort as long sa may car hihi. Thank you for sharing this, it gives me ease na there's possiblity na ma approve mga VA. Agreed, Veloz is a very good option, in fact, we will be featuring it in this channel soon because it's one of the great cars I personally like. But in my opinion, if you're still a small or starting family, sedans will actually do in the mean time and then have the upgrade later on.
