I do get them wanting to keep the name but it's very hard for me to believe a random nobody just shut there game down and delayed it until November over the name. Crazy stuff.

That's funny. Literally heard of this game for the first time a couple of hours ago, tried to look it up on Steam and it's not there. Had to look in a steam community thread to find the original news about it "being a glitch" that I've never heard of in the nearly two decades I've been using Steam. Then within minutes the story pops that it's been delayed till November due to Trademark infringement even though it was about a month from release, something I've never seen before either. Guess I'm glad I didn't have time to get hyped for it. XD
