Let me clarify, The Silverstones is from Kulai Johor and The Saint is actually from Johor Bahru. The band leader also the lead guitarist had passed away many years ago.

Your clarification is very appreciated, Rickson. Sad to hear that the band leader passed on some years ago. I remembered seeing the lead guitarist in a small night-spot at Batu Pahat in the late 1980s. He was singing some Mandarin songs as by that time, the band had already disbanded. Nevertheless, a great band with many good Chinese recordings.

I believe this song is one in four of similarly tunes ofthis soft delicious nature being an extended play record . One of my friend had this e. p. in the early seventies which I borrowed for a short period. I must say I loved all 4 songs in that record.
