Trade back multiple times to amass picks. We should be able to pick up 12 - 15 rookies this year. Start the fire sale for older players and get rid of some big contracts, get rid of dead money, get out of cap hell. If we totally tank next year we might be able to get Arch and Carr will be more affordable to get rid of after we sit him on the bench all year.

ESPN's big board is all over the map. We need Tetairoa MacMillan. Olave is a concussion-prone unknown at this point. We need an alpha dog receiver. Good DTs and Guards can be found in the later rounds, same with safeties. But to basically get a smoother Mike Evans clone would be excellent.
