It’s still a German machine pistol or Luger, the drum mag is referred to as snail drum hence being called escargot

"Escargot" can be split in to E-Scar-got. As in you got a scar and say "e" instead of "a". This split can easely be made when you have taken your sleep medicine and you can feel the fall....
