I've been to San Antonio maybe 3x or so.. And river walk is my favorite (not that I've been to lots of other places).. Love the water and lots of places to eat.. Learned a little about the history as well

What if you make the screen door hing up to the ceiling. Not knowing the room you have, can put hing like on your gates on the side of it, then take pulley on the ceiling to pull it up and have swing hooks to latch it up. Just a thought could be made out of tubing for weight. Guys keep having fun

Good idea about the garage screen. Maybe accordian 2 pieces, fold to each side? Just a thought🤔 Things are slowly coming together. It won't be long before we're back to dry season, and maybe you'll get the rest of the rooms completed and the pool going?

The boat will get dressed up. It is the number one pictorial spot here. I don't show guest here for thier privacy but everytime young and old get up there for pics.

Nice final color concocted for the bed of the creek... It'll look good when water is there... 👍 Had to laugh a bit... I couldn't help thinking back to the Army days watching the painting you were doing at double time... We had a policy of "If it doesn't move, paint it!" I can't tell you how many hours I spent painting things in my early days as a young-blood soldier! 😅 Other thoughts: The stairs going up are shaping up, as is the workshop space... The door looks solid, and adding in accordian screen doors that are lockable on the front is sensible, too... Anyway... Okay, off to work for me, almost 0500 already! I'm late! BTW... Nice to see the sun back... Storms, rain, and wind are okay too, but I think you've had your share for a bit! TC... 👍😎👍

This won't be clear water as I will have fish growing in it. Not commercial for sell fish but just for us to look at and enjoy. This time if her brother's and MELINDA stick their noses in it I will not be good to live with.

Great to see Cap supervising your painting from the shade. At the higher speed playback it looked like he was laying down the law. Also, why has that boat anchor hanging by the garage columns got a big 25 written on it?

Hi James tell Mel I said hi. I was looking at the garage door I think you could mount bifold doors to the backside of the column and when the doors are folded open they will sit against the wall and not lose any width on the door opening. Just a thought take care.

Boy keep us posted, on seal i have top roof recycled waster system, About to reseal again, No leaks but sun and weather to intense here, I really do massive prep grade a before applications I’d like to get at least 3 to 5 years what most say on the bucket but shit, bro they don’t even last a year they crack I see the cracks not in the drainage ditch in the seals, Im Getting like 1 year on my seals, God Bless

LOL, Right at that very garage door while we was building Joel came around the corner and caught two teens in the truck and one look out across the street. They fled and had my extra cell phone in their hand. I did tracking and found my phone in some nearby bushes as they didn't want to get caught with it. I had some $1 bills in the console. One of the kids mom new what happened over here and saw her son with USA $1 bill and she turned him in. The PNP handled it all and the boys was caught. That ended that mess as the word got around fast.
