Lone female campers always sound so invincible and cocky. Then they go missing. No one should go out camping all alone!!! Not in this world.

I don’t think she went into “too much” detail at all. I mean, we’re all adults here, right? It shouldn’t work us into a fit in any way. She was direct, supplied VERY relevant information (they ARE very pheromone driven) and she moved on to other details. Good story. For all we know, her throwing the plastic bag at the Sasquatch might have been interpreted as a declaration of her love! :)

Bigfoot are most definitely attracted by a women's "cycle" but its not the scent from the "actual event". We, just like animals, release pheromones, like when we ovulate or reach that "cycle" of the month. There was a scientific study done at an "Adult dancing club" where only the researchers knew which women were ovulating & which were not. They chose the women were were most similar in body type & appearance. The men at the club were most attracted to the ovulating women. So, even humans are affected by pheromones, they just don't realize it.

Kinda sounds like she found a "Teenager" maybe in human terms a 14-16ish year old male....Not sure if they send there kids to find new groups when the kids come of age, to keep the population genetically diverse... By the size I am thinking it was the teenish age for them anyways... Also would be most tuned into the pheromones to from what I understand with human bio to go off of.

I also have heard and read not only scientists but other people what's instances that can back up that "women on their cycle" do attract attention. I not only listen to your stories but so many others the back of the series that women on their cycles should be very cautious going out into nature. I myself have taken that into account throughout my life and going out into the forested areas, did not want to take any chances in regards to my family and especially children. We all take precautions when we go in the woods and I considered that a precaution I needed to take💁

I've heard stories from women who bore Sasquatch babies. TALK ABOUT STRANGE channel has some. Great story here. Im not an outdoor person and older now so I will not experience such. About 200 miles east of me in KY, a Facebook guy recorded screams or yells in the woods by his home. I am a believer they exsist!

This is a very believable story. She is right, at that time of the month it attracts males of all species. I used to work on a rehab horse ranch, I was told I could not work with the stallions as it drove them crazy. It sure is creepy when you have stalkers of any species. I'm glad she is okay.

There is no doubt about it. Animals can smell thousands of times better than humans. And the lip squinchi nose mouth thing you described is exactly what deer and my bull, and boer hog does when there is a female" in heat" within hundreds of yards. Im a farmer and critters are very curious and and will indead snif out outher species "in heat."

I grew up in north central TX, where rough weather in the spring is expected. I truly did not realize until recently that the Midwest gets so many tornadoes! I feel kind of silly! My daughter moved to Kansas two years ago so I started paying attention to the weather close to her and that really expanded my awareness. I noticed a couple of days ago that South Dakota had tornado watches, and honestly it doesn’t seem quite fair to have such severe winters and tornadoes too! Stay safe!

The old stories from when Europeans first push into the mountains from the East Coast, the hairy men or boogers would take women when they were in that time of the month. Some of the indigenous tribes had tales of steps taken to protect women from the hairy man because they knew he would try to take her and often did.

Both sasquatch and dogman are drawn in by women being on their menstrual time. For most creatures this is the time for mating, but humans are opposite to this. This lady was lucky, if the sasquatch had gotten her, it defo would've at least mated with her. If you listen to the Talk About Strange channel, Steve has narrated numerous encounters and attacks (inc. r4pes) to women by squatch's and many of them end up pregnant and give birth to a hybrid child. If you are a woman and on your cycle, please please please STAY OUT of any and all state and national parks. At least for your own safety!!

Heather, please don’t take offense to this, but u have no idea how lucky u r that nothing REALLY bad didn’t happen to u! I know this channel has more of a “light-hearted, storytelling” vibe, but every time I hear a story like this, I feel compelled to warn people of the extremely dangerous cryptids that live EVERYWHERE in our country & actually the rest of the world for that matter! Let me also say this, I could honestly care less if most people don’t believe what I am about to explain here, because my ONLY goal is to possibly reach one person who hears my warning and makes a change in their camping/hiking/fishing etc… plans & that that change literally saves their life or the lives of their family members or friends!! It is a 100% FACT that EVERY state in our country not only has Bigfoot in it, but far worse creatures than them! Most people who frequent these types of channels have probably heard of the Dogmen by now, but trust me, there are far worse creatures than even Dogmen in our woods!! I won’t elaborate any more than that, because quite frankly, I shouldn’t have to. Yes, the odds that the average person will ever run into any cryptid is still very low. However, it is my opinion that No One should ever go into the woods for any extended period of time, unless they are heavily armed… PERIOD! Then, I know u strong independent woman are not going to appreciate hearing this, but if u r on ur cycle, then u r putting yourself & quite frankly, everyone u r with in SERIOUS DANGER… It is that simple!! Just stop and think about this for a second people… EVERY Native American tribe, in the history of this planet, has documented stories of “hairy men”. Yes, some of these hairy men were “civil” or even revered by the tribes, but some were also quite hostile & were known to take woman & children! How could tribes, literally thousands of miles apart, even on opposite sides of our planet, possibly know about the “stories/legends” of these “hairy men” & their interactions with other distant tribes… remember, there was no “social media” back then folks! 😉 The bottom line is this, if u r a woman on ur cycle, I HIGHLY recommend canceling any type of camping trips or even long day hikes if I were u. The price is just too high to pay for the chance that u will encounter a hostile cryptid! The last part I want to mention is that these cryptids are very seldom alone. Even if they appear to be “alone” the rest of their pack or family group are not far away. So, if u ever do run into a cryptid, the best thing u can do is to NOT run or even make eye contact. Then to slowly but surely head out of that area the same way u came in. They will most likely have already known exactly how u came into their “home/terrorry” Therefore, they will understand that when u start heading back in that same direction, that u r attempting to leave! Obviously if u feel threatened or certainly if they charge u, use ur weapon & defend urself as if ur life depends on it, because it literally does! However, ONLY shoot if u absolutely have to, because like I said before, they are never alone. So u r outnumbered & quite frankly, grossly “outclassed” in the woods anyways. Also, they are all mostly active at night. I can go on & on, but I believe I have given enough info here to hopefully save someone’s life 🙏❤️

I just watched the Grandpa Mort BF story (BF followed my scent; it’s on this Buckeye BF channel) and I don’t think it’s beyond the realm of possibility that this Sasquatch had certain motives for following this brave lady. If you listen to that tale, please pay particular attention to the section of story when Grandpa Mort recalled what the First Nation (or Cree?) warned him about Sasquatches kidnapping women and that’s why some Sasquatches look like they have a human face. Then I also listened to another story (on this channel) of a woman describing a Sasquatch that had a face “like those old pictures you’d see of American Indians…with high cheekbones…” So yeah, I’m glad this young lady stayed in her van that night.

Aside from the obvious Bigfoot issue, what’s fascinating to me is how many people deny or talk themselves out of natural alarm systems: flushing, sweating, pit of the stomach queasiness, hair standing on end, feeling watched, hearing weird sounds, forest gone silent, seeing stuff out of place, KNOWING something is wrong, etc. and yet persist. It’s not like these red flags are missed, just overridden. In our current society, we have been taught to distrust our own safety mechanisms, calling them irrational. We are now disconnected from what used to save our hides. 😂

If mr. Bigfoot actually knew how us woman are during our periods, he would of hit the road the second he saw us crying over a dog adoption commercial while watching our phones, shoving chocolate in our face with crumbs everywhere, shouting at anyone who dares to even walk by to "leave us alone!" Lol. Bigfoot would be stuck there handing us tissues while he had to be forced to sit next to us for the next 3 hours talking about why everything ever isnt fair. And god forbid he wasnt listening and looking off in the distance he'd just get yelled at more. After one experience of this, after he was able to escape our cuddles we demanded he would never go near any female for as long as he lived. Probably would even tell the horror story of how a female human kidnapped him just "to talk" , the clan members would be even more terrfied of us

The saquach probably was attracted her scent. I have heard bears too are attracted to women on their monthly periods and are warned not to go camping then.
