it hasn't been edited. the girls are singing live without backing vocals for the verses, but even during the performance a pre-recorded backing vocal track comes in during the choruses. the girls are mostly still singing during the choruses, but there are backing vocals to support them.

To be honest i would say girls aloud are better singers coz if you think about it vanessa una and rochelle are the only ones who can actually sing, where as all of girls aloud can and they can dance. i do like the saturdays aswell as girls aloud but i would say girls aloud are better singers and put on a much better performance.
