I'm from Chicago too and a dual Philippine/US citizen. Was in the PI several weeks ago in BGC @ Grand Hyatt, beautiful and modern part of Manila BGC/Uptown. Going back in April; hopefully run into you and Evan for coffee. Planning on building a winter home in Tagaytay; it got to -12F a couple weeks ago and I've had enough of these midwestern winters! Ingat.

* Thank you for the Great interview! Couple of question: 1 - That Shangrila lounge is open to general public or only to the guests staying in the hotel. 2 - I guess it's very pricy! Like a cup of coffee compared to Starbucks is higher or about the same price?

Yes it's open to the public. The Americano that we had was 150php, so just under $3 US. That's for just the one cup. You can get a latte for 280php. Thanks for watching.
