Not sure how those are made, I have a manual LT15 Wide that has lift assist cylinders. After about a year those cylinders gave out and it became very hard to raise the mill. When I called Woodmizer, the support guy didn’t even let me finish explaining the problem before he told me what was wrong. I guess they had some bad cylinders, and they sent new ones, no charge.

Remember I suggested that you clean up when you got the KRT with the bucket. As for the vertical lift, it probably clogged with wood dust, packed in like concrete.

You may have a couple of chain links binding up putting a load on the electric motor. Just a thought. You'll get it right.

Hi it is also asential to keep the chain well lubricated with atf oil. can you do a close up camera shot on the slide blocks they may be too tight too.

Owning a small business can be a lot more work than most imagine. Daily,weekly or monthly maintenance and upkeep are key in a small business like yours. Consistency and hard look in the mirror and ask yourself am I keeping up with maintenance and upkeep. Not every small business makes it but if you continue stay ahead of maintenance and upkeep you have a better chance. Make a daily upkeep checklist, get organized and take extra special care of your equipment. Set your goals and make viable content in line with your goals, Morales and values.

Clean it after you use it. lumber capital log yard use a leaf blower after use every day. Use WD40 on the chains

That is when the crosscut the log into a bunch of thin circular pieces. I don't know why people would want that for anything, because that makes for some very weak wood.
