THIS VIDEO IS AN ABSOLUTE GEM ! I trade in a very very very similar way as the man said "pair it up with other indicators" and yeah , ive been mocked for getting excited on taking 4 5 points out of the market. End of the day i do that 10 15 times a day in and outside of the US trading session. Makes my living!

how did you know you finally made it? was there a certain point where it clicked? Was it a new strategy that finally worked? or was it a strategy that you had been already doing for a while but the discipline and controlling yourself with the same strategy was what made you go from losing to profitable?
@Zeezazz
@Zeezazz 6 ай бұрын
@@3ye2 Truthfully I don't know that I ve made it yet. I still feel like these profits could be fleeting. That being said I think I got honest with myself about the mistakes I was making and focused on removing these flaws instead of swinging for the fences every time. There was also a point of clarity where the info on the charts clicked.

@GretzkySanders ofcourse, but at least it's going to be knowledge and guidance that he's selling. It's getting kind of annoying watching podcasts with what seem like pretty decent traders and then they go plug in their prop firm somewhere in the video, and ontop of that, next thing you know the channel they appeared on is now a sponsor of said prop firm

This man is a certified day trader. I trade on the 4hr using the weekly chart. The moves are huge but patience is a virtue. I used to trade the 15min for years and got slaughtered over and over and learned that the first thing to do is to trade according to your lifestyle and the 4hr for me is awesome because I don’t need to be glued to cpu. I do forex and usually catch between 40-300pips. Took me 5 years to be consistent on winning trades. Excellent quality in content. Keep up the good work.

People who make fun out of scalpers should sit their ass down and watch the whole video. As a former scalper, I just don't have the patience but do have the discipline. I like to dabble in and out of the market. It also allows me to finish the day early when I have executed my plan correctly. No long hour chart watching and no emotional roller coaster with swing trades. Loved the interview!

I've developed a divergence trade on a higher timeframe using a different indicator then the stochastic with changed settings on the ES and now I know exactly how much drawdown I can expect and roughly how many points it will go. These trades are a beautiful thing and I love divergences!
@robmccance
@robmccance 7 ай бұрын
Besides the divergences, I'm wondering if this is basically just using the D plot of the stoc to basically be moving averages across 4 different TFs? Besides the divergences, I see a lot of trades waiting for the slope of all four to be agreeing with each other. This would be roughly equivalent to monitoring 4 timeframes and waiting for all 4 TF MAs to have the same slope. (up or down)

Thank you for sharing. The trade locations you describe are the same locations that I have learned to exploit, although I've never seen anyone before be able to pick out those prime locations with any type of indicator. Bravo. Very nice. I couldn't folow the stochastics discussion because it sounds like mandarin chinese to me... but the locations are what I have learned to target on the map (the chart) by watching the bid/asks and executions in/around those locations. Trapped shorts (or longs) often stand out like a sore-thumb at those locations and then you can read the aggressive commercial traders taking advantage of the speculative environment. The reason why those location work so well is "A Trapped Buyer becomes a Distressed Seller" (and vice versa)... that is who we target.. distressed sellers or buyers. Nice job-- I enjoyed watching.

I exclusively use RSI and 12 years of research says that divergence is best read as a sign of a trend and less effective as a reversal trade, although it will work occasionally to fade the market if u scalp quick. It’s best to find a trend and identify a proper pull back (oversold condition in an uptrend, and I don’t mean a 30 reading, I mean oversold in a proper context, which means oversold in relationship to what price level…and an overbought condition in a downtrend). Then, identify either the lowest mathematical risk entry in terms of a trend validity test (zone) or wait for the trend continuation signal and then enter. I would tell u more, but I enjoy maintaining my edge in the markets.

18:03 I don't see divergence there. I see that the indicator is following the price. I.e. higher lows on both price chart and stochastics.

There are two higher lows on the price, one is taken out by the second but the schoscatic doesn’t

First example isn't a divergence. And why doesn't he take the divergence sell after that?

i do not see divergence at minute 17.29 between 11 and 12 hours - ZELLO ALERT ! WHAT IS THAT ?
@Jonathan-Pilkington
@Jonathan-Pilkington 23 күн бұрын
That is not a divergence, but a "quad rotation" as he calls it. I havent used this strategy in a while so dont quote me on this but I believe a quad rotation is when all 4 stochastics reverse at the same time. I am sure he mentions it at some point in the interview
