43:40 Just to let you know, you were suppose to count the car colors by clicking the buttons. Yours was 2 blue, 1 red and 1 green, which means "press 2 blue buttons, 1 red and 1 green one" Next thing if you haven't already figured it out, all of you need to go back to the room Level 1 with the big door that had a lever. It will "teleport" you to that, if you are all there. Next level is pretty easy, just go from light to light and open doors. The one you are suppose to go in is pretty obvious.
